Hello everyone. I haven't been on for a while and i wanted to say hello to you all old and new members.

I have just got back from 16 days in Spain. Had a wonderful time and the weather was glorious. The swimming made me feel lots better. I couldn't walk much and spent most of the time out in my wheelchair.

I'm still waiting for the jab for the bursa on my hip, it's been 2 months now since i've been on the waiting list and still not heard anything. Do you think it would be unreasonable to push the GP for some help?

Really pleased you had such a great holiday, I m sure the sun and swimming must have done you the world of good, shame you couldn t bottle it up and bring home !

I certainly would chase up your GP, it won t do any harm, and you can never be sure you haven t got lost in the system.

Definitely get onto the gps for chasing up, but th holiday did sound good

What was the access like in your wheelchair ?

I'd love to try and visit the palace of Alhambra

Hi Jenni - I've been to the Alhambra, but not in a chair. It was very hilly and lots of stairs in places, but other parts were accessible. It is very lovely and I'd love to go back again
